Baru selesai membaca bukunya Michael Pollan yang berjudul “Food Rules: An Eater’s Manual”. Saya coba sharing sedikit tips di buku ini yang menggungah.

1. “Avoid foods you see advertised on television.”

2. “Eat only foods that will eventually rot.”

3. “Eat only foods that have been cooked by humans.”

4. “If it came from a plant, eat it; if it was made in a plant, don’t.”

5. “Eat mostly plants, especially leaves.”

6. “Treat meat as a flavoring or special occasion food.”

7. “Eat wild foods when you can.”

8. “The whiter the bread, the sooner you’ll be dead.”

9. “Eat less.”

10. “Stop eating before you’re full.”

11. “Eat when you are hungry, not when you are bored.”

12. “Eat slowly.”

13. “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.”

14. “Try not to eat alone.”

15. “Cook.”
